Restaurant Instock turns surplus food into delicious meals. We rescue unsold food from the supermarket and our chefs turn it into our tasty dishes. Overproduction, odd sizes and looks are reasons for food to be discarded. We think that this delicious food shouldn’t go to waste and that’s why we turn them into a tasty breakfast What do you think of our own Instock granola made from left-over beer grains? Our restaurant at the Czaar Peterstraat in Amsterdam has an outside terrace in the front and in the back.
