At restaurant Instock in Utrecht, our chefs create the most delicious breakfast, lunch, brunch and dinner from food surplus. How about a rescued apple, filled with delicious dulce-tonka foam? Or the less popular belly of the salmon, served with roasted tuberous vegetables? Just two examples from the eight new dishes on our dinner menu. All eight are based on different preserving techniques. Pick your favorites! If you don’t eat meat or fish, that’s no problem. We always have a vegetarian option available! You can also call for other dietary requirements; our chefs love to help you out.

Rent our venue

You can rent our stock room – the side room of Instock – for all kinds of events: workshops, meetings, private dinners, drinks, parties et cetera. We can offer you a great atmosphere at a unique location! It is possible to rent the stock room during the regular opening hours of Instock: seven days a week, from 8:30 a.m. until 11 p.m. with the possibility of a flexible ending time. The capacity of the location depends on the preferred arrangement; the maximum comes down to 70 people standing up. Instock has a beamer, a screen and sound system, a microphone, a flip over and markers available. In Utrecht we also have a smaller meeting room. This stock room is available for a maximum of 10 persons.
